Ky, our head barman from Denver, Colorado. With over 30 years of experience in his field as a mixologist, he designed our Premium Cocktail Menu using his knowledge of spirits from all over the world whilst introducing some local twists.
Kes, our bar manager and crafty chef with a great eye for detail. He has lived in St Ives for most of his life, so he knows all the local ins and outs.
